About Anna Home Store
Anna Home Store is a family-run e-commerce business bringing together two things we care about: how you take care of yourself, and how your home feels. We started by sourcing a small batch of personal care basics we couldn't find elsewhere at a fair price, and grew from there into home decor — pieces that are simple, warm, and built to last longer than a season.
We work directly with a small group of manufacturers and vet every product for quality before it goes on the site. Every order ships from our US-based fulfillment partner and is backed by a straightforward 30-day return policy.

Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed and ship from within the United States.
Shipping options
- Standard shipping (3–7 business days): free on orders over $45, otherwise $4.99
- Expedited shipping (2–3 business days): $9.99
- Next day shipping (1 business day): $19.99
Order tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not yet available.
Returns and refunds
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
How to return an item
- Email support@annaenterprises.com with your order number
- We'll send a prepaid return label within 1 business day
- Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item
Conditions
Items must be unused and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened personal care items can only be returned if defective. Sale items are final unless defective.

Information we collect
Your name, email, phone number and shipping address, which we need to process your order. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
How we use it

Payment security
We never collect card numbers on this website. Payments are completed through our payment provider's secure, encrypted pages.
